Next April Coastrek's new Sydney route will take you through scenic headlands and iconic landmarks around Sydney Harbour, to hidden bays and rocky coastal trails through Watsons Bay, finishing with a stunning, world-famous stretch of coastline from Bondi Beach to Coogee – the longer you hike, the more you’ll see!

Please note: All Coastrek routes are subject to change. We attempt, at all times, to adhere to the advised route. As we are immersed in nature, however, there may sometimes be circumstances beyond our control (tides, fallen trees/branches, other safety aspects as advised by local councils) that require us to slightly alter the route. In any such cases these will be clearly marked and identified on event day.

Coastrek shares Beyond Blue’s vision to help everyone achieve their best possible mental health. Through our 12-week training program and national series of team hiking events, Coastrek can play a vital role in helping people manage anxiety and depression and improve their mental, physical, and social wellbeing while raising funds for the Beyond Blue 24/7 Support Service.

Coastrek’s Sydney route crosses through the lands of the Borogegal, Gamaragal, Gadigal, Birrabirragal and Bidjigal peoples of the Eora Nation. We pay our respects to them and their culture, and to their Elders past and present.
